Required education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or five (5) years of equivalent experience in JIRA administration.

Description:
  • Deploy and configure JIRA as the centralized ticketing system for tracking task assignments, deliverables, and performance metrics.
  • Integrate JIRA with other collaboration tools, ensuring seamless data sharing and automated status updates.
  • Submit the JIRA System Implementation & Integration Report, detailing system setup, integrations, and usage efficiency.
Required Experience: 
  • Possess the knowledge and capability to configure, manage, and optimize JIRA as the primary ticketing system for Work Order tracking and workflow automation.
  • Personnel must be proficient in JIRA administration, workflow development, permission management, and integrations with DevOps tools.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills are required to support issue resolution and system performance enhancements.
  • Personnel must have demonstrated experience in configuring JIRA workflows, managing issue tracking systems, and integrating JIRA with GitLab, Confluence, or other DevOps tools.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies, dashboard customization, and service-level agreement (SLA) monitoring is required.

Desired Qualifications:
  • Desirable but not required certifications Atlassian Certified JIRA Administrator or ITIL Foundation Certification.
