Required clearance: TS/SCI, ability to pass a polygraph
Required education: Bachelor’s degree + 6 years’ experience OR Associate’s + 8 years’ intelligence or geospatial analyst experience. Minimum 10 years geospatial intelligence analyst experience in lieu of no degree; At least part of the required experience must be within the past two (2) years.

This position is contingent upon award of contract. We are seeking a Mid-level Geospatial Analyst to support the Air Combat Command (ACC) Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) operations.
The ideal candidate will bring mid-level expertise in the analysis and exploitation of airborne and space-based GEOINT data, directly supporting Air Combat Command (ACC) Analysis and Exploitation Teams (AETs). This role is critical to enabling timely and accurate responses to Air Component and Combatant Command Priority Intelligence Requirements (PIRs).

This role is critical to enabling timely and accurate responses to Air Component and Combatant Command Priority Intelligence Requirements (PIRs).
Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed exploitation and analysis of airborne and space-based commercial and government GEOINT data in response to standing collection requirements or PIRs.
- Produce GEOINT-derived products and reporting supporting Air Component and Combatant Command PIRs, target systems analysis, target development and combat assessment.
- Perform multi-discipline ISR analysis integrating GEOINT with SIGINT, HUMINT, MASINT, and other intelligence sources.
- Validate and enforce Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTPs), standard operating procedures, and production guidelines for multi-discipline ISR, PED (Processing, Exploitation, and Dissemination), and GEOINT support.
- Support the integration of ISR capabilities into Joint and coalition warfighting constructs
- Deliver clear, concise written and verbal intelligence briefings to operational stakeholders.
- Demonstrated expertise in GEOINT exploitation & analysis and multi-INT correlation and fusion
- Proficiency in using GEOINT tools (e.g., ArcGIS, remote sensing tools) and databases
- Strong knowledge of GEOINT and collection management TTPs, ISR PED processes, and intelligence production standards
- Experience applying advanced analytical methodologies to complex intelligence problems
- Strong verbal communication skills for briefings and collaborative discussions
- Strong knowledge and experience using ICD 203/206 tradecraft standards
- Geospatial Information Systems Professional (GISP) Certification
- Previous NGA or Air Force DCGS GEOINT experience
- Prior experience supporting Joint, Air Force or Combatant Command ISR Operations
- Familiarity with Air Force and Joint targeting doctrine and target development standards
- Understanding of Air Force and Joint Combat Assessment and Battle Damage Assessment processes
- Experience briefing senior leaders or operational staff
