This position is contingent upon award of contract. We are seeking an experienced Analytic Facilitator to support U.S. Government intelligence training and analytic tradecraft development.
The Analytic Facilitator enables intelligence professionals to improve analytic rigor, collaboration, and critical thinking through the application of structured analytic techniques and facilitated analytic processes. This role is integral to strengthening intelligence outcomes across the Department of Defense (DoD) and the Intelligence Community (IC).
The ideal candidate brings a strong background in intelligence analysis, experience facilitating analytic sessions or training events, and the ability to engage diverse analytic teams in complex problem solving.
As an Analytic Facilitator, you will play a key role in enhancing the quality, consistency, and effectiveness of intelligence analysis across critical mission areas. Your work will directly strengthen decision advantage for senior leaders and operational forces by fostering rigorous, transparent, and collaborative analytic practices that improve national security outcomes.

Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and deliver intelligence training materials, including lesson plans, presentations, and curricula aligned with mission requirements and tradecraft standards.
- Deliver instruction via Mobile Training Teams (MTT) and in-residence courses to government, military, and contractor personnel.
- Design and deliver training across key mission areas, including Sensor-to-Shooter (StS) integration, GEOINT, SIGINT, and Multi-INT analysis, targeting and intelligence tradecraft, and intelligence support to air, ground, ISR, and cyber operations
- Develop qualification and certification courseware to support operational capabilities across ACC mission systems and exercises.
- Support ACC Intelligence Initial Qualification Course (IIQC) execution, including academic instruction, courseware development and updates, and administrative management functions
- Participate in MAJCOM training forums and maintain awareness of Mission Design Series (MDS) operations and associated intelligence requirements.
- Experience in intelligence training development and delivery, ISR operations and multi-INT integration, Air Force or Joint operational environments.
- Demonstrated expertise across ISR disciplines (GEOINT, SIGINT, Multi-INT, targeting, cyber intelligence).
- Strong background in integrating new technologies, tools, and operational capabilities into training.
- Experience supporting formal training units (FTU), intelligence schools, or operational training programs.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including briefing development and presentation.
- Prior experience supporting IC or DoD analytic training programs.
- Experience as an intelligence analyst or instructor.
- Familiarity with ICD 203/206 and related analytic integrity standards.
- Experience supporting operational or mission-focused analytic teams.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to guide senior analysts and leaders
