Join the Nalley Consulting team as a Proliferation Analyst.

Position: Proliferation Analyst 
LCAT: Senior
Location: DIA HQ, Washington, DC

Clearance and polygraph requirement: Active TS/SCI and willingness to take polygraph. Candidates with current CI polygraph conducted in the past 7 years will be highly prioritized.

Experience/education requirement: Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of experience with all source analysis, or 12+ years of experience with all source analysis in lieu of a degree 

Description
  • Conducts all-source analysis of foreign conventional warfare programs in support of U.S. counter proliferation efforts.
  • Produces analytic assessments for the IC, DOD, and other U.S. and allied Government agencies and coalition forces on conventional counter proliferation topics, arms control, exploitation program planning, development, and execution.
  • Performs supply chain vulnerability analysis.

Requirements
  • Experience in Supply Chain Vulnerability Analysis
  • Knowledge of IC and Combatant Command environments
  • Ability to develop high-quality deliverables, such as complex written products and formal or informal briefings tailored to clients who range from tactical to strategic levels 
  • Experience writing Finished Intelligence Products
  • Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam 
  • Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of experience with all-source analysis, or 12+ years of experience with all-source analysis in lieu of a degree 
Desired qualifications
  • 3+ years as Proliferation Analyst 
  • Knowledge of ICD 203/206 analytic tradecraft standards
