Job Description

The ideal candidate must have a military HR background. The role serves as a Senior Human Resources and Talent Acquisition Advisor for U.S. Cyber Command, executing duties with a high degree of autonomy and requiring little to no supervision.

This role leads strategic workforce planning, enterprise recruiting programs, and data-driven human resources initiatives. The role also collaborates with executive leadership, legal counsel, and cross-functional stakeholders to optimize personnel readiness, implement talent acquisition platforms, and independently align workforce capabilities with mission-critical cyber objectives.

Qualifications:
  • Military HR background
  • Knowledge of military personnel systems
  • Experience with using Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Knowledge of military personnel guidance and processes
  • Ability to work with senior client staff
  • Ability to work effectively in high-expectation environment.
  • Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
Responsibilities:
  • Independent Advisory Support: Provide expert guidance to senior leaders on cyber workforce planning, personnel utilization, and human capital strategies with minimal oversight.
  • Program & Event Management: Coordinate cross-functional planning and execution for enterprise recruiting programs and high-impact hiring events.
  • Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with legal, HR, Public Affairs, and DoD CIO stakeholders to align priorities and ensure policy compliance.
  • Data & Analytics: Administer the Talent Acquisition platform and manage workforce management systems to generate data-driven reports, analytics, and executive briefings.
  • Process Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives to standardize recruiting practices, ensure data integrity, and boost operational efficiency.
  • Strategic Communications: Develop executive presentations, communications, and outreach strategies to strengthen employer brand visibility and candidate engagement.
