Position: Senior Business Process Engineer III (Systems Analyst)
Level: Senior

Clearance required: TS/SCI with CI poly
Required education: Bachelor's degree

Required experience

Minimum of 10 years of experience participating in Business Process Re-Engineering (BPR) activities
5+ years of experience in process-improvement methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma
Experience in writing content for plans, reports, regulations, and SOPs

Description

Analyze the client's current operating environment and identify areas for improvement.
Facilitate discussions with leadership and Joint Cyber Warfighting Architecture (JCWA) stakeholders to help refine the client’s definition of success and identify frustrations.
Design data collection plans, facilitate workshops, and communicate research and illustrative analysis using root-cause analysis.
Develop research-posting models in order to communicate discrepancies across divisional departments to help establish understanding and agreement from key stakeholders.
