Position: Project Manager

Required clearance: TS/SCI

Required education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Program Management, or a related field, or ten (10) years of equivalent experience in managing large-scale DoD programs. Must be PMP Certified.

Description:
  • Oversee program execution, stakeholder coordination, and strategic alignment, ensuring compliance with DoD governance frameworks.
  • Implement structured reporting mechanisms, risk mitigation strategies, and ongoing program assessments to improve decision-making and operational efficiency.
  • Submit the Program Execution & Performance Report, summarizing program activities, risks, and strategic adjustments.
Required Experience: 
  • Must be PMP certified
  • Possess the knowledge and capability to oversee contract execution, stakeholder coordination, and strategic alignment across all Work Orders.
  • Must be proficient in program governance, risk management, budget oversight, and performance monitoring.
  • Must have strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills are required to engage with senior DoD and interagency stakeholders effectively.
  • Must have demonstrated experience in program lifecycle management, resource allocation, risk mitigation, and compliance with DoD acquisition and governance frameworks.
  • Experience with interagency coordination, DoD contract execution, and performance evaluation is required.
Desired Qualifications:
  • Lean Six, DAWIA Level III in Program Management, or PgMP.
